Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service requests at our discretion, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, safety concerns, or incomplete information provided at booking.
Payments
Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking or invoicing. We accept secure payments through Stripe. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of future services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

While our team takes the utmost care, Precision Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client. We are fully insured for direct damages caused by our team’s negligence during service.
